As a Project Management Intern, you will work in a hybrid setup, helping coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI and software solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience in agile methodologies, strategic planning, and operational execution.
What You Will Do
- Assist project managers in organizing agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Help track project progress, monitor timelines, and manage task boards in tools like Jira or Trello.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
- Support the documentation of project scopes, product requirements, and release notes.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in workflows and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Asana) is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
