AI Engineer

About the Role

Join HELIDE's core AI research and development team. As an AI Engineer, you will be working hands-on with large language models, computer vision architectures, and real-world enterprise datasets to solve high-impact industrial problems.

What You Will Do

• Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models to production.
• Develop scalable computer vision and NLP pipelines tailored to complex enterprise use cases.
• Architect and evaluate robust RAG systems integrating modern LLMs with internal data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Establish and maintain automated MLOps pipelines for model monitoring and continuous training.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on professional experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and robust experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production and maintaining them.
• In-depth understanding of modern LLM architectures, RAG, and computer vision techniques.
• Experience with data engineering practices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and MLOps tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a remote, collaborative environment.
